Portfolio Prep for High School Students

4 Week Increments
This class is for students who are seriously considering applying to college to study art. Students should come prepared with a portfolio requirements list from each college/university they are considering. Because the portfolio requirements vary greatly from school to school, all students will be expected to bring their own supplies. A suggested supply list will be provided. Please come prepared on the first class with a sketchpad, graphite and eraser.

*All classes will need a minimum of 2 students to run and all have the maximum stated in the class descriptions above.
* Classes without the minimum of 2 students will be canceled and fees refunded.
*Tuition will be expected no later than the first day of class (credit card or cash only - no checks).
*There will be no make ups for missed classes.

Instructor information:
Donna Hebert Solomon has been a teacher of Art Education since 1981. She holds teaching certificates in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts and has experience teaching children as young as 4 through adults that were 84+. Public schools, international boarding schools, parochial schools, gallery schools are all places she has loved teaching in as well as being an adjunct instructor at local colleges. She has experience teaching painting, drawing, stained glass, printmaking, jewelry, pottery, crafts and portfolio prep for those who want to major in art at the college level. Donna is also a juried stained glass artist with the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen.
